Ingredients
4 eggs
½ cup vinegar
Bring water to simmer in medium sized pan
Add vinegar, stir water vigorously in clockwise motion
Crack each egg individually into a ladle, place in water
Poach eggs for 3- 5 minutes until cooked (depending on firmness)
If not using immediately place in iced water and cover and refrigerate.
Reheat in simmering water.
Cook Time: 4 minutes
