1 pineapple
5 stone fruit, combination of peaches, plums, nectarines
1 lb strawberries
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon


 


1. Remove peel and core from pineapple and cut into wedges
2. Cut stone fruit in half and remove stone
3. Place pineapple on medium grill followed by the stone fruit
4. Grill until fruit softens and has grill marks
5. Mix mascarpone cheese with maple syrup and cinnamon
6. Remove fruit pineapple and stone fruit on grill and place strawberries on grill for 30 seconds on each side.
7. Place fruit on large platter and top with mascarpone cheese
8. Serve immediately
