3 ripe avocadoes

2 limes

4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

1 jalapeno, deseeded and finely chopped

1 small red onion, finely chopped

Salt to season

1. Cut each avocado in half and remove stone

2. Scope out avocado flesh and put in a bowl

3. Add the juice of the 2 limes and mash together with a fork or potato masher

4. Add the remaining ingredients and combine

5. Season with salt to taste

6. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or use as a topping on burgers or tacos
