1 lb basic pizza dough
1 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
1/3 cup pecans
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar or parmesan cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F
2. Put herbs into blender, add garlic, nuts and olive oil and blend to rough paste
3. Roll out pizza dough on lightly floured board into a rectangle
4. Spread the herb mixture onto the dough, sprinkle with grated cheese and roll up like a jelly roll
5. Using a sharp knife cut the dough into 10 pieces
6. Arrange the rolls cut size up into greased pan spacing them close together but not touching
7. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes
8. Remove the plastic wrap and bake rolls in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
9. Let cool in pan if you want a softer roll or let cool on wire rack for crispier roll
10. Serve while still warm
