4 cups all purpose flour, plus extra for rolling
1 packet active dry yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup hand hot water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil


 


1. In a medium bowl mix the yeast and sugar together, add the water and mix together
2. Leave for 10 minutes in a warm place until frothy
3. Add flour to mixer bowl with dough hook attachment and add salt, turn mixer onto low speed
4. Slowly add yeast and water mixture to the flour
5. As the water is incorporated increase to medium speed and add olive oil
6. Once all water and olive oil is incorporated increase speed and leave mixer to need dough for 10 minutes
7. Remove from mixer when dough is soft and smooth
8. Shape dough into 2 balls and place in oiled bowl and cover with damp cloth
9. Let rise in warm place for 90 minutes or if not using immediately place in plastic bag and refrigerate and freeze until ready to use
