1. Cut of ends of each apple
2. Slice apples horizontally to ¼ inch thickness using a mandolin
3. Remove seeds from apple slices
4. Cut four, 5” discs out of the puff pastry
5. Place apples on the puff pastry placing the edge of the apple on the outer edge of the pastry, over lapping each slice
6. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place in oven at 395˚F for 12 minutes
7. Remove from oven and dust with icing sugar
8. Place on serving plate and serve with caramel sauce and cinnamon ice cream
