4 x 10 oz New York Strip Steak

4 tbsp herb oil

Salt and pepper



 


1. Pre heat grill until smoking

2. Brush steaks with herb oil on both sides

3. Season with salt and pepper on both sides

4. Put steak on grill at slight angle

5. After 90 seconds turn the steak a half turn to produce diagonal grill marks on steak

6. After 90 seconds turn steak over onto second side and repeat process

7. After approximately 6 minutes total, the steak should be cooked to a medium rare temperate

8. Remove from grill and let rest on plate for 5 minutes to relax the meat and to allow for the juices to be redistributed
